Our main business is roasting and wholesale supply of coffee to cafe's, restaurants and offices throughout Australasia. Our coffee is as good as anything you will find anywhere in the world. We are not distributors, we manufacture the product and coffee is our passion.

We use only the highest quality Arabica Coffee Beans for all of our varietal and blended coffees.

Our business has been built on the philosophy of using the best possible raw material, the best roasting technology, the best espresso machines and grinders, and providing the best service and support to our customers. Everything we sell, promote, teach or claim on this website is proven through our own experience of 15 years dealing with coffee all the way from the green bean to the cup.

Fresh Coffee

We are 100% Australian owned, and we unashamedly promote and support local roasting of coffee. Importers and distributors of coffee roasted overseas will give all sorts of reasons why their coffee is better. The simple answer is it is not better.

There are many good companies in Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Brisbane who roast great coffee, and we are one of them. Coffee should always be purchased from a local roaster, not from an importer or distributor. Local roasters can provide you with a fresher product and better level of service. This applies to coffee for your cafe, restaurant, home, office or workplace.

We support Australian Coffee Growers whose product is of sufficient quality and quantity to market successfully into demographics suited to a softer, low-acidity style of product.

Retail = Research & Development = Better for Our Customers.

We have personally operated our own espresso bars for 15 years. Whilst we only ever have one or two espresso bars operating at any time, this gives us the retail knowledge to test our products and pass the knowledge onto our customers. These are an important part of our research and development.

It is not possible for a distributor of imported coffee beans with no experience in roasting coffee, and/or operating a high volume espresso bar, to provide a level of knowledge or service similar to our own. They might as well be selling tupperware.

Our roasting facilities have full espresso bars attached, so you can sample different coffee's and tea's, see our full range of products, or purchase 250 gram bags of coffee for home.
