New |
Cre8ive Coffee
has now completed work on fitting out our new roasting warehouse
and espresso bar at 42 Lawrence Dve, Nerang. Situated right
in the middle of one of the Gold Coast's leading wholesale
precincts, our espresso bar has already been a hit with the
offices and motor bike shops nearby. |

The
new roastery will provide a full training area for potential
"baristas", a dedicated machine service area, retail
showroom, and of course warehouse and roasting area. We will
have two state of the art roasters, and the public will be
able to see and learn about the raw beans and roasting process
when we implement coffee appreciation classes. |

|
Much
thanks should be given to all the people who have helped us,
including suppliers such as Pura Milk, and all the customers
who have have come on board with Cre8ive Coffee. These people
know who they are and our appreciation is large.
All
the old team is back together, so it is onward and upward!!

Good to
see Rob and Jodie Evans settling in well at Gordonis Cafe
at Paradise Point. Called in last Sunday and it was "standing
room only". Jodie is a real hard worker and very smart,
so Gordonis will continue to be the best cafe in the area.
Also starting up with Cre8ive Coffee recently is Cafe Opera
at Harbourtown Shopping Centre. Good luck to new owner Zhana.
Good to see Mano taking over at Watergarden Cafe at Ross Evans
Garden Centre. This cafe has the best ambience, and truly
deserves it's great reputation.
The best pizzas in Qld are heading to Monterey Keys. Michael
from the renowned Camelot Cafe at Benowa is opening a new
store on Helensvale Rd, near Oyster Cove. Michael is one of
the best operators around, and besides magnificent pizzas
he also has pretty good coffee!
P.S. We don't normally supply pizza shops, but anyone who
knows Camelot knows it is not ordinary pizza.

We have
redefined our blend names to better describe the attributes
for our retail customers. First on the list this quarter is
the magnificent "gold" blend, which has been re-named
Central American Smooth. This is a great smooth blend of 3
central american coffee's, hence the name. It is the default
blend in our espresso bar, so if you wish to buy some for
home, you can check it out from our machine. |

Guatemalan
Genuine Antigua is widely regarded as one of the best coffee's
available. Due to Guatemala's rich volcanic soils, altitude,
and perfect weather, it has long been a supplier of great
coffee. This bean is available from our factory outlet in
250gm bags. If you are adventurous, you can create your own
blend with one or more of the other straight origins available. For
